John van Blerck, P.E. – President
John van Blerck, a registered professional engineer (P.E.) licensed in California, has over 18 years of experience managing the construction of a wide variety of capital and major maintenance projects in Southern California. His expertise includes construction program management, cost estimating, scheduling and delay claims analysis. Van Blerck is also a qualified Value Engineer and a Certified Inspector in the fields of reinforced concrete and structural masonry.

His qualifications include a bachelors degree in construction management, a masters of science degree in engineering and a masters in business administration.
John oversees all management of JVB projects, including planning, budgeting, technical execution and client relations.

Sharon van Blerck – Director
Sharon van Blerck, with her husband John, founded JVB Construction Management, Inc. She oversees the operation and administration for the company, including marketing, corporate policy, staffing and accounting. Sharon has been a strategic force in the significant growth of the firm, providing leadership and the highest standards of service to JVB clients. Sharon is the corporate champion of the company’s values and vision.
