JVB Completes Re-Roofing at Woodlands La Jolla Project

JVB Construction Management has just completed management of a $2.8 million re-roofing project at the 125-unit Woodlands La Jolla condominium complex.

The new roofing system is comprised of a Decra, fire resistant, embossed-steel shingle, designed for durability in the coastal environment.

In addition to the re-roofing, JVB managed a host of other repairs to the 125 units at Woodlands La Jolla, including mold remediation, rotted-wood replacement and tenting for termites to all units.

JVB’s role included project-cost estimating, development of bid documents and construction management. Contractors involved in the project included ARC Roofing, AV Builder Corporation and Payne Pest Management.
