As part of a project review, JVB will evaluate a building or site to determine if any environmental concerns or hazardous materials are present. If necessary, JVB will arrange for proper testing and studies, review the final recommendations and assist in contracting with licensed abatement contractors to ensure materials (mold/asbestos/ lead) are removed and disposed of properly
